In today’s fast-paced corporate environment, employees often experience physical and mental strain from long hours at desks, tight deadlines and stress. To combat these challenges, I offer corporate clients weekly yoga and movement classes designed to enhance the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of your employees.
By incorporating yoga and movement into the work-week your company can foster a healthier, more productive workforce, reduce absenteeism and boost overall job satisfaction & staff retention.
I suggest offering your employees a regular weekly class which enables your employees to diarise and manage their commitments accordingly & improves take-up. I have found that a 45 minute class works well for the corporate environment as this allows the class to easily slot into the working day.
Sessions can be arranged at a time that best suits your employees' schedules, whether that be pre/post work, or during the working day such as lunchtimes.
