Hi, I'm Genevra —a 46-year-old mother of two, a certified yoga teacher, and a avid gym-goer. As someone who knows firsthand how busy life can get, especially balancing family, work, and self-care, I’m dedicated to helping others find balance and feel more comfortable in their own bodies.

My aim is to help you move with more ease, reduce stress, and feel happier and healthier overall.

Through my approach, I guide you to release tension, improve flexibility, and feel more at home in your body—whether you're new to fitness or have been practicing for years. My goal is simple: to help you feel strong, relaxed, and energised in a way that fits your lifestyle.
